Group engagement is the key to greater value and deeper connection throughout the LAA Community.

There are several types of groups to facilitate connections across interest areas, programs, classes and generations, detailed below.

LAA Members can simply click a topic or area of interest below to visit the group site and click "Join Group" under the heading to access resources and connect with members in a specific group. LAA Membership is open to all LAA Alumni. If you are an Alumni but not a member, click here to join today!

The Alumni Forum

The mission of The Alumni Forum is to add value for Alumni by developing professional development programs that provide ongoing education and connection opportunities for LAA Alumni. 

 

LAA Women’s Executive Forum
The Women's Executive Forum (WEF) is designed to empower local female leaders by providing inspiring events, leadership development programs and networking opportunities to a diverse community of women throughout Anne Arundel County. 

Interest Groups

If you have been through the Flagship program, you know the year is structured around days focused on specific topics. To answer the question "what's next?" after Flagship and to drive more connections throughout the LAA community, Members are invited to join Interest Groups for the areas listed below. All LAA Members can join as many Interest Groups that you would like. Members can visit the group sites for access to information on the specific topic and they can add resources, links, images and more in the specific group. Graduating Classes

Each and every graduating class from Flagship, Neighborhood Leadership and Executive Leadership is invited to start a Class Group on the site. All it takes is a Class Captain to request access and a group site will be created for your class. Share resources, create unique events, post photos and more. Contact us to find out if your class already has a group or to start one.
