Leadership Lessons from Horses The Horse and People Project is designed to teach participants how to: - Be more intentionally focused
- Convey meaning and energy through body language
- Improve communication methods
- Be open to feedback through improved listening
- Recognize and slow emotional escalation for positive results
- Learn about yourself!
Walk away with some insights for better communication and self awareness.
It's all about the relationship. Session Schedule: - 9:00 - Coffee and light breakfast
- 9:30 - Intro to Horse & People Project (talk, demo)
- 10:00 - Participation/Debrief/Reflection
- 10:30 - Adjourn
