Asking powerful questions is just one of the many tools in engagement coaching. Coaching in all forms - executive, leadership, life, and wellness - is a welcomed shift in corporate, government, small business, and workforce development. Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) is the first community college in the nation to have a Level 2 International Coach Federation accredited coach training program. Join two AACC coach instructors, Dan Baum (FLG18), executive director, strategic communications and Jen Lara, professor of education at AACC to learn what coaching is and isn’t and how to show up more coachlike in your leadership.
