 Reflection, Resiliency, Innovation at Anne Arundel Community College: AACC's Partnership and Role in our Community
  Join us during FLG21's Education Month for an interactive conversation with Dr. Lindsay, facilitated by FLG95 grad Larry Ulvila . Dr. Lindsay will discuss the challenges and opportunities this past year at Anne Arundel Community College, how it is planning for the new paradigm, and the college's role in the community - all while focusing on equity and completion for its students.   Advanced registration is required.  Attendees will receive the Zoom link the day before the event.

 Dr. Dawn Lindsay, the sixth president of Anne Arundel Community College, is a graduate of LAA's Executive Leadership Series (ELS13) and was recognized as LAA's 2019 Excellence in Leadership Award honoree.  Dr. Lindsay has dedicated over 30 years to the community college system. She leads utilizing the philosophy of servitude leadership and believes the foundation for this leadership style requires a strong ethical platform, transparent decision-making, the ability to develop collaborative relationships that are mutually beneficial, a commitment to shared governance and an institutional commitment to student success.  Read more about Dr. Lindsay here.
