The Flagship Tuition Assistance Fund ensures that financial barriers and limitations don't prohibit individuals with a passion for leadership and a desire to have a positive impact on their community from participating in the Flagship program. Graduates of the LAA Neighborhood Leadership Academy are invited to apply for the Bertina Nick Scholarship. It is the only full-scholarship available for the LAA Flagship program.

Contributing to the General Fund is a way to support LAA's ongoing mission. Funds are used to support the Neighborhood Leadership Academy and ongoing community events, add value to program curriculum and to expand LAA Alumni leadership development programming.
