The LAA Tribute to Community Leadership & Graduation celebrates more than 30 years of contributions, collaboration, innovation, and leadership of more than 1,600 graduates of Leadership Anne Arundel.

These leaders have transformed our community's landscape by serving throughout public, private, non-profit, and government sectors. This high profile event celebrates and recognizes the importance of their collective engagement and participation in the local community. 

Tribute also celebrates the graduation of the Flagship and Neighborhood Leadership Academy classes. Community stakeholders are recognized at the event with the Distinguished Graduate and Excellence in Leadership Awards and the Bertina Nick NLA Flagship Scholarship honoree is announced.
