BELCHER BIOGRAPHY HIGHLIGHTS John Belcher was appointed Chief Executive Officer of ARINC Incorporated in 2002 and in 2004, he was also named Chairman. Over the past 15 years he built the company into a global $2-3B operation with services and products in over 154 countries.  The company was successfully sold in January 2014 with excellent return to the shareholders. Previously, he was President and CEO of Hughes Aircraft of Canada Ltd., another global $2-3B operation.  Under his present JMCB Enterprise Solutions Company, he provides management consulting as a board member and investor in technical companies. John has more than 35 years of experience in the aviation, aerospace, airports, information technology, communications and defense industries.  He presently serves on the following boards and is an investor in each: NanoVapor (Texas, USA) – Vapor Management in Energy and Transportation Sectors Signalhorn (Germany) – Satellite Ground Earth Station Networks TRIVALENT (MD, USA) – Advisory Board SENSURION AEROSPACE (MN, USA) – Drones/Systems Solutions MJTX Global Advisors (Washington, DC) – Enterprise Solutions ADB Safegate (Europe) – Airport Systems Integration Everywhere Communications (MD, USA) Anne Arundel Health System (MD, USA) – Chairman LEADERSHIP ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS In 2005, he was selected as one of Maryland’s top business executives, receiving the annual Maryland International Business Leadership Award, and was named the 2005 Business Leader of the Year for Annapolis and Anne Arundel County.  In 2012, he was named the Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year in Maryland, in 2013 the Philanthropist of the Year in Anne Arundel County and named one of the 2014 Influential Marylanders.  In 2013, The Carlyle Group (a global asset manager with over $250 Billion of assets under management) named John Belcher the 2013 recipient of the Louis V. Gerstner, Jr. Excellence award for leadership and management excellence.  In 2014, he won the Leadership Anne Arundel Excellence in Leadership Award and was inaugurated into the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce Business Hall of Fame.
