Executive Leadership Series

The Executive Leadership Series (ELS) provides senior-level executives and their spouses or partners with an issues-oriented overview of Anne Arundel County’s challenges, people, processes and resources. The goal of the ELS program is to enhance community leaders’ awareness and knowledge of issues that impact our county and entire region. One of the program’s primary benefits is to meet and establish or enhance relationships between top business, government and community leaders. | Read more

Flagship Program

Flagship is the core Leadership Anne Arundel program. It includes an intense curriculum of civic information and leadership skills development. Each summer approximately 40-45 individuals are selected for this comprehensive, hands-on, multi-disciplinary study of Anne Arundel County. The class is composed of a cross-section of the Anne Arundel County community, representing our ethnically, socially, economically, and geographically diverse population. Neighborhood Leadership Academy

NLA is targeted to current and emerging grassroots leaders in neighborhoods throughout Anne Arundel County, providing residents of Anne Arundel County communities with skill-based leadership training. NLA helps participants become adept in leadership roles by focusing on improving skills such as effective communications and building consensus. It is the only program of its kind in the state of Maryland. | Read more
